Move to Preserve World Democracy (Received March 24, 7.35 p.m.) Washington, March 23. Dr. William I. Sirovieh (New York) introduced in the House of Representatives a resolution for the cancellation of the British and French war debts to the United States, and demanding full payment from the dictatorship States, iu order to preserve democracy and the world.
