ARMY TRAGEDY
Seven Officers Killed

Brussels, February 24
Seven army officers were killed and eight seriously injured through a delayed explosion during an instructional course. A fuse attached to a heavy charge was lighted, but no explosion followed. Assuming the fuse lind failed, the officers approached to investigate. The explosion then occurred.
