Result of Appeal For Funds The appeal made by the Wellington Symphony Orchestra for funds to enable it to carry on its work in the cause of music has resulted in £33/11/6 being subscribed to date. Following are recent donations:

Donations may be mailed to. the honorary treasurer, Dr. A. F. Hickey, P.O. Box 1182, Wellington, or will be received at the ollice of Charles Begg and Company, Ltd., Manners Street. Subscribers of one guinea or more will receive (wo tickets for each of the concerts to be given by the orchestra this season, including the special concert on August 11, when Dr. Malcolm .Sargent, the famous English conductor, will conduct.
