A survey under the Housing Act shows, that 70.953 families out of 1,014,633 in London .arc living in overcrowded conditions. .Shoreditch is the worst area. While new industries choose to establish themselves in the South of England rather than the North, there is a movement of population out of Greater London into the home counties.
