In a professional boxing contest tonight at Oaniaru C.n-il Pluto. lOst. 511 b.. welterweight champion of AV estern Australia, defeated Don Stirling, Ost. 131 b., welterweight champion of New Zealand. Botli men wore in flue form and the bout was exceedingly fast. The Australian got the decision by :i narrow margin after the contest had gone the full 15 rounds.
