ISLAND BAY LEAGUE OF MOTHERS
.At the last meeting of the Daughters’ Branch of the Island Bay League of Alothers, the s]>eaker was Airs. Ashburn Chisholm. Her subject was "Housebuilding,” and it proved most interesting and enlightening, some aspects being presented which only one with a deeper experience would know. Such far-reaching messages and lofty thoughts, continually impressed upon young and pliable minds, must leave their effect and it is gratifying to think that future homes are being affected by these interesting addresses, Sleetings every fourth Tuesday of the month have been resumed. AToinbers have now been put into four teams to provoke friendly competition and the non-attendance of anyone loses points for her team.
