FIRE IN SHOP-YARD

A nearby resident living on tlie Terrace gave the alarm, and the Central Fire Brigade received the call at 10.48 p.m. One lead was taken down from the Terrace, and the fire wae extinguished without difficulty. The buildings surrounding the yard are ferroconcrete, so that the likelihood of the fire spreading was not great.
