Foreign beauty specialists, cosmetic and hairdressing experts who used to ridicule Hie Englishwoman’s attempts to beautify herself are now loud m admiration of tier grooming. “A complete transformation has come over British women,” one of them said "Tlie improvement in the attention they are giving their hair, complexion and, above all, their hands, is pheno menal.” Beauty specialists from all over the world are flocking to London to learn the latest developments in their craft.
One of the most popular gatherings of its kind during the season Is the Post and Telegraph Department’s bail Invitations for this year are now being issued and the bull will be held in the Town Hall on June 12. A large committee is already engaged on the decorative plan.
