£4000 Piano

JJEAUTIFULLY carved and decorated with gold leaves, and with Its early history shrouded in mystery, Hollywood’s most valuable musical instrument, a piano in the Louis XVI period, will be shown for the first time in Paramount’s “The Big Broadcast of 1,935.” Though priceless to-day, it was acquired by Paramount from a famous French collection for £4OOO. The underside of the top has an elaborate oil painting of a French garden, while raised upon the soundboard is the coat, of arms of the King of England, the use of which is permitted only to manufacturers who serve his Majesty.
