Motorist Misinterprets Warnings

With a loaded carrier at the rear of his car ablaze over the petrol tank, a motorist, entirely unaware what was ■happening, speeded through the township of Havelock yesterday afternoon, taking the efforts of the populace to stop him more in the nature of salutations than warnings.
It was not until lie was overtaken by a thoughtful fellow-motorist that he became aware of what might have happened aft any moment.
