Nomination of Officers Dominion Special Service. Carterton, August 3. As the nominations received by the secretary of the Carterton Racing Club are not in excess of the number required, a ballot will not be necessary. Following are the nominations: —President, Air. W. Howard Booth; vice-presidents, Messrs. C. Reid ami L. H. Smart, honorary treasurer. Mr. F. B. Knutson; stewards. Messrs. A. O. Abbott, A. E. Booth. W. C. Deller. .1. C. Hart, E. J. Matson, and A. C. Tucker.
