Naval circles welcome Sir Bolton Eyres-Jlonsell’s announcement of the abandonment of ratios, and it is considered likely that this will materially revive tUo prospects of favourable world .peace. It is understood that Japan would gladly endorse the principle of the disclosing of building programmes.
