DOMINION STATUS
Desire of Indian Central Provinces COUNCIL’S RESOLUTION London, February 3. The Bombay correspondent of “The Times” says that the Central Provinces Legislative Council, with one dissentient, passed a resolution that the reforms in the India Bill were unacceptable and unworkable unless India were conferred Djoininion .status. Government members did not vote.
