Government Help in France COMPANY FLOATS LOAN (Received Sept. 12, 12.15 a.m.) Paris, September 11. The Compagnie Generale Transatlantique has floated a loan of 120,500,000 francs to cover the construction of the 79,000 ton vessel Normandie.
