O. F. NELSON CASE
Application Rejected TRIAL TO PROCEED (By Radio—Special to the United Press Association.) (Received December 13, 7 p.m.) Apia, December 12. Counsel for O. F. Nelson made.an application to the High Court to-day for a hearing before assessors. The Crown Prosecutor produced affidavits supporting his contention that the case was unsuitable for trial before assessors owing to the difficulty of political bias on both sides. The application was refused and the trial is expected to commence on Thursday, December 14, before the Chief Judge.
