ENJOYABLE DANCE
Palmerston North Queen To further the interests of the farmers’ queen (Aliss Joan Russell) in connection with the queen carnival now being conducted in Palmerston North to relieve distress among the unemployed, a dance was held recently in Aliss Doreen .Saunders's studio. Airs. AlcNeilly provided music for dancing, while extra numbers were played by Aliss Elfreda Andrews (piano) and Air. Penny (viplin). Enjoyable items were given by Aliss Ferol Howley (violin), Air. G. Nash (violin), and Mr. R. Miller. The funds of the farmers’ queen should be considerably augmented by this successful effort.
