Refusal to Grant License Masterton, June 10. The adjourned application of Wrigley’s Motor Services Ltd. for a passenger service license between Palmerston North and Masterton was dealt with, at a sitting of the No. 6 Transport Licensing Authority, held at Mnsterton yesterday.
