Combined Ticket’s Success MRS. FRASER TOPS POLL Nine candidates whose names were included in the Civic League and Ratepayers’ Association ticket are among the members of the new Wellington Hospital Board. Mrs. J. Fraser (Labour) headed the poll with a narrow margin over Mr. F. Castle, who was chairman during the last board's term of office.
