CARD AFTERNOON

Women’s National Reserve

A very, enjoyable and successful card afternoon for the benefit of the Women's National Reserve Residential Nursery, Owen St., was given by the members of the Seatoun branch. A delicious afternoon tea was provided. Miss Freeman (president), on behalf of the W.N.R., thanked the ladies for their splendid response to the appeal, also, stressing the fact of the need of funds and woollen garments, etc., for the nursery.

Mesdames B. F. Gardiner. Woodley and Sol Myers donated the prizes, the lucky winners of which were Mesdames scarfe, 11. Woodley, Peterson, and Tonks.
