CLUBS AMALGAMATE
Basketball at Porirua
A new club has been formed at Porirua under the name of Huia Basketball Club. This embraces the two clubs which had a very successful season last year —the Magpies and Bell Birds—and it is hoped that the amalgamation of these clubs will make the coming season a record one.
