AGREEMENT REACHED
Threshing Mill Workers

After three separate sessions extending over five days, a coiriplete agreement was reached in Conciliation Council in the dispute of the South’Canterbury threshing mill workers. AH hands except driver, feeder, and cook are to be paid 1/44 an hour and found. The Cook will be paid £4, and the feeder 1/10 an hour. Time is to commence from te.ii minutes after the mill enters a farm or reaches the first set.
