Wairarapa Matches VISIT FROM MANAWATU Dominion Special Service. Masterton, April 10. Eight rinks from the Manawatu Bowling Centre visited the 'Wairarapa on Saturday and played matches with the various Wairarapa clubs. In the morning four rinks played rinks from the Masterton and Masterton Park clubs on the Masterton greens, ami four played matches with the Carterton club at Carterton. In the afternoon an cight-rink representative match was played against Wairarapa at Carterton. Prior to the commencement of this match Mr, 11. S. Carter, president of the Wairarapa Centre, welcomed the visitors. Mr. J. A. Nash, president of the Manawatu Centre, responded and led the visitors in a musical item. , . The match resulted in a win for W airarapa by 17 points on the aggregate.
