Fascisti to Tighten Belts MUSSOLINI’S ORDERS Rome, December 13. Signor Mussolini has issued orders to the Fascist Party and allied institutions to consider themselves mobilised to face the economic crisis. All are to adopt a standard of living conforming thereto, and are to fight profiteering.
