Mr. T. W. Buxton Fills Vacancy By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, September 4. Mr. T. W. J. Buxton, of Auckland, has been elected to fill the vacancy on the Board of the New Zealand Trotting Association, caused by the death of Mr. R. A. Armstrong, of Wellington.
