Unruly Labour M.P.’s COMMONS INCIDENT Official Wireless. Rugby, July 3. It is stated that certain members of the Left Wing of the Labour Party, “who took some part In the scene in the House of Commons yesterday when the Glasgow member, Mr. McGovern, was removed from the House and was later suspended, will publicly apologise to the Speaker on Monday, and the incident will thus be closed.
