SURGEON’S SUICIDE
Famous Practitioner REASON A MYSTERY (Rec. July 5, 5.5 p.m.). Warsaw, July 4. With his breast surgically opened and with a lancet through his heart, the famous surgeon, Dr. Leon Meczkowski, aged 61, was found dead in a bedroom. The reason for the suicide is a mystery, because Dr. Meczkowski was famous throughout Europe for his operations and was one of Europe’s wealthiest practitioners.
