HAWKER FINED
Pleading guilty to a charge of cruelly ill-treating a horse on February 3 by working it when in an unfit state, Hickel Barooky, a hawker, of Lower Hutt, was fined £4 and costs, £l/3/-, in the Lower Hutt Magistrate’s Court yesterday by Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M.
