MOTOR-BOAT RACING
Dominion Special Service. Wanganui, December 6. Perfect weather was experienced at Wanganui to-day for the second afternoon of motor-boat racing. There was a large attendance of Interested spectators, and the racing was good throughout. The results were as follow:— Trophy race, for trophy donated by Atlantic Company—Ferro. 1; Miss Ethel. 2. Miss Ararua. 3. . Hlgginbottom Cup—First heat. , Miss Ethel. 1: Wizard, 2; Ararua. o. becond heat: Ferro. 1; Spray. 2; Wizard, 3. Final. 1 Sewell'Cup—Miss Ararua, 1; Miss Ethel, 2; Cvclone, 3. Hislop and Company’s trophy—Miss Ethel, 1; Spray. 2; Wizard. 3.
