Promising Hastings Effort By Telegraph—Press Association. Hastings, November 22. A public meeting last night unanimously decided to form a Hastings committee of the New Zealand Cancer Research Society. At tlie meeting £262 was donated, campaign committees were formed, and it is confidently anticipated that £3OOO will be collected in thirty days.
