Win for Christchurch TEN GAMES TO TWO Week-end Club Results By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, November 22. The biennial matches between the Christchurch and Wellington Golf Clubs for the Tuson Cup and the Veterans’ Salver were played at Shirley to-day. MATCH AT PAEKAKARIKI Good Win for Shandon Following on the successful opening of the Paekakariki Club’s new clubhouse on Saturday by the president, Mr. A. J. McKay, and a social function at night, the club entertained a team from the Shandon club yesterday. In an inter-club match Paekakariki decisively turned the tables on the visiting team and won 11 games to 6 (one game halved) i nthe two-ball games, and four games to three in the four-ball (two games halved). arc as follow, Shandon players being mentioned first:— Two-Ball Games.
