DUSSELDORF “JACK THE RIPPER”
AN ARREST MADE FEMININE APPAREL FOUND IN ROOMS (United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Rec. November 24, 5.5 p.m.) London, November 23. A young workman named Stelzer, living at Metmann, a suburb of Dusseldorf, has been arrested. Various articles of feminine apparel have been found in his rooms. His appearance tallies with a description of the murderer given by Frau Teurer, who narrowly escaped death at the hands of the “Ripper.”
