WAIRARAPA HIGH SCHOOL Masterton, November 1. There was disappointing weather for the seventh annual sports meeting of the Walrarapa High School to-day. Following overnight rain the tracks were heavy and a cold wind made conditions for spectators somewhat unpleasant, but in the afternoon there was a large assembly on the grounds to watch the finals of the various events. The senior championship was won by K. Clarke, who secured five firsts and a third, a total of 21 points. J. Wright, with 18 points, was runner-up, and K. Uttley, last year’s junior champion, was third with 11 points. In the junior championship A. Watson put up a splendid performance by securing the possible of 35 points, and ran out an easy winner. C.
