DIFFERENCES OF CHINESE AND JAPANESE Tokio, October 30. At the Pacific Relations Congress New Zealand supported the recent trade agreement with Japan. A strong difference of opinion between Japanese and Chinese exists, but ill-feeling was averted by the courtesy and good sense of both delegations and the general atmosphere of the conference.
