ISSUE OF VALUELESS CHEQUE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston North, August 2. Alox. Frank Hausmann, belonging to Masterton, pleaded guilty to issuing, a valueless cheque for £l6 18s. to G. A. Vincent, of Pahiatua. The accused was given two years’ probation, and ordered to make restitution at the rate of £2 per month. An application for the suppression of the name waa refused*
