LAST YEAR’S PRODUCTION Australian Press Association. (United Service.) Geneva, April 30. The League of Nations SecretariatGeneral states that the world’s wealth production in 1928 equalled that of 1927. Depression in the sugar industry continued and the fight for coal markets is more intense. The lower United States output Is causing reduction in the world’s supply. The aggregate value of international trade increased, but more slowly than in 1927. New Zealand reached record export figures.
