The death-occurred suddenly of Dr. Walpole, Bishop of Edinburgh, aged 75 (states a British Official,Wireless message). He hid been Bishop for nearly .twenty years, and was the-father of Mr. Hugh Walpoh, the well-known novelist. The death «f Mr. H.' P. Sturgis, an ex-chairman o’ the Union Bank, is reported in an Aistralian Press Associa-tion-United Service message from London. 1 . . Mr. C. M.
