EXPECTED AT FOREIGN OFFICE THIS WEEK (Australian Press Assn.—United Service 1 London, November 25. Sir Austen Chamberlain says that he is in much better health owing to his trip. He is expected to resume duty at the Foreign Office in the middle of the week.
