Lord Inchcape, desirous that the Elsie Mackay Fund of half a million sterling, which he and his family gave to the nation, should not be the object of complaint by any other sufferer from the Transatlantic flight disaster in which she lost her life, has given the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Winston Churchill, a further £lO,OOO to meet such a complaint, as the Chancellor deems lit.
