APPEAL AGAINST INJUNCTION
1 DENTAL PRACTICE AT LOWER HUTT. An injunction granted by Mr. Justice Reed, restraining Stanley Thomas Watkins', dentist, of Lower Hutt, from practising his profession within five miles of Lower or Upper Hutt for six years from May 23, 1927, was appealed against before the Court of Appeal yesterday afternoon. On tlic Bench were Their Honours, Mr. Justice Sim, Mr. Justice Ostler, Mr. Justice Blair, and Mr. Justice Smith. Mr. II H. Cornish appeared for appellant, 'Watkins, and Mr. P. S. K. Macassey for respondent, Sarah Elizabeth Scott, widow, of Wellington The Court was occupied during the afternoon in hearing legal argument by Mr. Cornish, who will continue his address this morning.
