MOTOR-CYCLE AND CAR COLLIDE
—___4 —— RIDER TAKEN TO HOSPITAL Masterfon. July 14. A collision occurred to-day between a motor-cat driven by Miss Eva Bull, of Greytown, and a motor-cycle, ridden bv Edward John Anstis, a fencer, of Martinborough. The accident occurred at the corner of Queen, Russell and Princess streets, and the impact was considerable. Anstis suffered severe injury to his left thigh, besides facial injuries, and after receiving medical attention was removed to the public hospital. A young brother of Anstis, who was riding on the pillion, was thrown clear, and was not hurt, rhe motor-cycle was badly damaged. None of the three passengers in the car was injured, although the running board was damaged.
