PALMERSTON SALESMAN FILES.

Palmerston North, May 12. A petition in bankruptcy lias been filed with the Palmerston North Deputy Official Assignee (Mr. C. Dempsey) by Herbert Taylor, a salesman, of Palmerston. Bankrupt's papers show that there are no assets, while liabilities amount to £123 10s., all owing to unsecured cretlitors. The principal creditors are A. 11. Herbert and Co., Ltd. (PahialtuO. £»0 4s. 4d.; Wellington Woollen Manufacturing C 0.,. Ltd., £3O 17s. 3d.: and the Hunter Manufacturing Co. (Wellington), £ll 15s. 4d. DISCHARGES GRAFTED.
