MONTHLY MEETING. Masterton, May 12. At the monthly meeting j’esterday of the Mauriceville Dairj’ Company it was stated that the report in connection with the company's assignments to London was, as usual, most favourable, the grading being finest and tiie Mauriceville brand classed as good butter. The output for the season had now exceeded the million mark for butter-fat, while over 600 tons of butter would be made this season. The amount of fat received during April exceeded that for the corresponding month of last year by 86 per cent., and it was anticipated that a similar increase would be made this month. , The pay-out for the month on butterfat supplies was fixed at Is. 4<l. It was reported that the financial position of the company continued- to be satisfactory. The chairman mid Mr. MeClymont were appointed delegates to the conference of the National Dairy, Association to be held at Palmerston North on June 21.
