ANNUAL REPORT.
Carterton, May 11.
The twenty-third annual report of the No. 1 Group and balance-sheet of the Wairarapa Terminating Building Society of Carterton records that during the year £1350 was appropriated by ballot. In the second annual report of the No. 2 Group a profit of £585 6s. sd. is shown. The sum of £2400 was disposed of during the year, half by ballot. and the remainder by sale. The retiring directors, Messrs. L. H. Smith, J. B. Lawrence, and Dr. M. B. Tweed, offer themselves for re-election. An appropriation by sale will be offered at the annual meeting in the No. 1 Group.
