PACIFIC DUPLICATION CRITICISED London, January 9. The following are the delegates ta the Wireless and Cables Conference.--Britain: Sir W. Mitchell-Thomson, Post-master-General. Australia: LieutenantColonel Clive Baillieu. New ZealandSir James Parr. Canada: Sir Campbell Stuart. South Africa: The PostmasterGeneral, Mr. Linton. It is understood that at the Pacific Cable Board meeting this afternoon, Canada frankly criticised again Hie board’s policy of duplicating in the face of Canada’s protest and experts advice that it would be better to wait till the results of wireless competition were seen. It was pointed out that the heavy outlay of duplicating seriously affected the board’s prospects.
