ADDRESSES IN WAIRARAPA. Masterton, January '9. Arrangements are being n a.le for a series of addresses to be held ill the Lower Valley by Mr. 1,. JI. McAlpine, Doniinon organiser for the New Zealand Farmers’ Union. The dates .jiggested for the different townships are as follow:—Hinakura, January 16; Martin; borough, January 17; Pirinoa, January 18.
It is expected that Mr. McAlpine will deal with agricultural banking rind also the work of the Farmers’ Union
