REGARDING EXPORTS (Rec. January 22, 5.5 p.m.) Berlin, January 21. An agreement has been concluded between the Government and the InterAllied Commission of Control regarding the export of manufactured war material, laying down what armaments Germany may or may not export. . The onlv disarmament question remaining to be settled concerns the fortresses on the eastern frontier.
