To-day the ratepayers of the West J Ward of the borough of Upper Hutt are being afforded an opportunity ot voting for the immediate installation of a high-pressure gravitation . y at ® r ' supply reticulation connected with the old town district supply. Meetings were field at Trentham and Silverstream last week, at which Mr. Sladden, consulting engineer, and the Mayor and councillors explained the scheme in detail.
