KNOCKED DOWN BY MOTOR-BUS. Tho danger (hat. lies in crossing the road from behind a stopped tramcnr was illustrated at Berhampore last night, when a lad named William Gilder (aged 14), residing at 62 Stanley Street, as ho. ran out from behind a car at tho Chilka Street stop, was run down by one of the Wellington and Suburban Company’s buses. He was admitted to tho Hospital at 6 p.m. suffering from head injuries, and lost night his condition was repotted as not serious.
