PROPOSED MOTOR-OMNIBUS REGULATIONS
At a meeting of the Wellington Coach and Motor Vehicle Trades Union of Employers hold recently the following resolutions were carried: "That this meeting o Wellington coachbuilders urges upon the Government the necessity of amending the proposed regulations for motor-bus traffic for the following reasons-, (a, The regulations are framed to favour public trading and retard private enterprise; (b) undue restrictions are placed on private enterprise which will seriously affect the development of the motor bedy building industry; (c) the principle of fair competition with public bodies must he maintained.”
