Messrs. S. George Nathan and Co. submitted to public auction yesterday afternoon oh the Alain Road, Upper Hutt, Mr Ashley Reid’s residential property, comprising 1 acre 8 perches, together with a six-roomed bungalow residence, with all necessary outbuildings. Bidding started at £l2OO and quickly rose to £2OOO, the property being sold to Mr. A. Goodman. The furniture and effects were then offered, and everything was cleared at satisfactory prices.
